Mattias Brage

Mattias Brage currently serves as Kommunikationschef at Lunds kommun since September 2022, leading the communications efforts of the Barn- och skolförvaltningen, the largest administrative unit in Lund. Prior to this role, Mattias was Presschef at Kraftringen, where responsibilities included managing press, public affairs, crisis communication, and public relations for Sweden's fifth largest electricity network company. Mattias also held the position of Tf. Kommunikationschef at Region Skåne and worked as a political secretary assisting Liberal politicians with strategic communications. Additional roles include Enhetschef at Jönköpings kommun overseeing multiple departments, Tjänsteman at Regeringskansliet, and Vårdbiträde while studying. Mattias holds an M.Sc. in European Affairs from Lund University and a B.S. in European Studies from Linnaeus University, along with an exchange term in International Relations at the University of Ottawa.
