Prior to their current role, Thobias worked at Stryker for over 13 years, holding positions such as IS Manager - End User Services, Project Manager, and IT Regional Manager. In these roles, they managed support services on a global scale, collaborated with global leadership, and played a key role in project planning and delivery. Before Stryker, Thobias worked as the IT Operations and Support Lead at Howmedica Osteonics Corporation, where they were responsible for IT infrastructure for Nordic countries. Thobias also gained experience as a Consultant/KAM at EVRY and a Store Manager at SYSteam. Thobias started their career at Tetra Pak as a Carbon Offset Operator.

Thobias W. has a diverse education history. In 1994, they began their academic journey at Lund University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Methodology, and Psychology in 1997. Thobias then pursued further education, attending Wenell from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a PMI PM degree in Project Management.
