Alessio Ianna has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Alessio started their career in 1987 as a Food & Beverage Management Trainee at The Hyde Park Hotel. Alessio then worked their way up, taking on roles such as Night Manager and Food & Beverage Controller. In 1994, they joined Grand Hotel Palazzo della Fonte as a Meeting and Congress Manager.

In 1997, Ianna moved to Lungarno Hotels where they held various management positions, including Manager of Hotel Lungarno and Hotel Continental. Alessio was responsible for managing the Continentale Contemporary Pleasing Hotel, Gallery Hotel Art, and Lungarno Suites. During their tenure at Lungarno Hotels, Ianna played a crucial role in the success of the company.

In 2012, they transitioned to Lungarno Collection as the Project & Technical Services Director, overseeing the execution of various projects. Ianna's extensive knowledge and experience in the industry have contributed to their success in these positions.

Alessio Ianna attended the Hotel and Catering Management Association from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Hotel and Catering Management. In 2015, they completed a training course on Project Management, specifically focusing on the Ipma Competence Baseline at ANIMP. No specific degree was mentioned for this training program.
