Tod Guidry, PhD, currently serves as the Associate Director of Regulatory and Diagnostics Policy and Policy Analyst at LUNGevity Foundation since August 2021. Prior to this role, Tod was a Science Policy Fellow at the American Association for Cancer Research from July 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leading legislative meetings, supporting regulatory workshops, and contributing to key publications. Experience also includes a Health Policy Fellow position with the U.S. House of Representatives, focusing on legislation and congressional hearings. Earlier academic roles involved a Post-Doctoral Fellowship and Graduate Research Assistantship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, where research centered on oncogenic virus co-infection. Education includes a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science from McNeese State University.
