Marie Legrand

Marie Legrand has extensive experience in customer care and management, currently serving as the Head of Care & Success at Lunii since December 2020. In this role, Marie oversees three teams totaling 15 individuals and manages external partnerships, emphasizing the importance of customer care within the organization. Prior to Lunii, Marie worked as a Coach Advisor Manager at Bankin', where contributions were made to the development of customer experience and business models. Marie gained valuable skills in customer experience as Chargée expérience clients at Tediber, and demonstrated versatility in multiple roles, including administrative and commercial functions at Decodelire and various positions in the travel industry. Educational credentials include a professional degree in tourism and new technologies from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée and a Bachelor’s degree in tourism and hospitality from ICOGES.
