Alisha Lipman, M.S.

Alisha Lipman, M.S. has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry. Alisha began their career in 1998 as a Team Leader and District L&D Trainer at Banana Republic. In 2003, they moved to Nordstrom as a Contemporary Product Specialist and Brand Ambassador. In 2006, they joined James Perse Ent., Inc. as a Merchant for both DTC and Wholesale. In 2010, they transitioned to Tory Burch as a Merchandising Manager for DTC. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Splendid in various roles, including Director of Global Merchandising, Global Merchandising Manager, and Senior Buyer. In 2016, they became the Senior Director of Product - Merchandising + Design at Lunya.

Alisha Lipman, M.S. completed their Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003. Alisha then attended California State University, Northridge, where they earned their Master's Degree in Merchandising and Consumer Science in 2005. Lipman then went on to obtain an M.S. in Merchandising + Consumer Science from CSUN in 2006.
