About

The current leadership team at Luonnonvarakeskus has a history of experience with various research institutes and companies, as well as a wide range of educational backgrounds. President & CEO Jari Lammi has previous experience as the Vice President Research at VTT and Director, Customer Solutions and International Relations at Luonnonvarakeskus. He has a degree in Industrial biotechnology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan. Vice President Antti Asikainen has experience as the Customer Account Lead at VTT and Research Area Director at KCL, as well as a degree in Biotechnology, process engineering, industrial economics from Helsinki University of Technology. Senior Advisor Heidi Fritze has experience as a Senior Consultant and Group Leader at KCL, Manager of the Project Centre at Luonnonvarakeskus, and Science Adviser at Academy of Finland, in addition to her Principal Research Scientist role at MTT and Development Manager role at Luonnonvarakeskus. Counsellor Markku Juutinen rounds out the team with his experience as a Senior Specialist at Maa- ja metsätalousministeriö/Jord- och skogsbruksministeriet/Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Manager of the Project Centre at Luonnonvarakeskus, and Vice President at Luonnonvarakeskus, as well as degrees in Mathematics and Statistics from University
