Rakesh Bhardwaj

Rakesh Bhardwaj is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership positions across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Chief Information Officer at Lupin since March 2024, Rakesh leads the company's global IT function and drives digital transformation initiatives. Previously, as Group Chief Information Officer at Ola, Rakesh significantly impacted India's electric vehicle sector by developing a Direct-to-Consumer model and establishing over 900 Experience Centres. Rakesh's prior roles include Senior Vice President and Global CIO at Cognizant, Chief Delivery Officer at Microland Limited, and various leadership positions at GE, where substantial improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction were achieved. Rakesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Gulbarga University and is a Crotonville Alumni.
