Sujit Prasad has extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics, having held leadership roles at companies such as Lupin, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Nomura, Suzlon Wind Energy A/S, Tech Mahindra, and Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Sujit'sroles have included Global Head of Compensation, Benefits & PMS, Director of Total Rewards, and Global Lead of C&B & HR Analytics.

Sujit Prasad started their education journey by obtaining a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU in 2004. Sujit further pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Energy, Oil and Gas from UPES between 2004 and 2006. In 2012, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they obtained a degree in Executive Program in Human Resource Management. Sujit also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Satyam Computer Services Ltd.
