Eslam Salah is the Founder and CEO of Lupinta®, a food tech startup that focuses on innovative, sustainable products and ingredients derived from nutrient-rich European lupin beans. With extensive experience in academia, Eslam has served as a guest lecturer at several top-ranking universities, emphasizing sustainability and entrepreneurship, and has been an active speaker at numerous events across Europe and the Middle East. Additionally, Eslam has contributed as a jury member for the Malmö Näringslivsgala and worked as a food strategy consultant for Malmö stad. Eslam founded the Skåne Food Entrepreneurs Network to support local food entrepreneurship and has held various roles in business development, reporting, and management in previous positions. Educational credentials include studies at SLU, Karlstad University, and Al-Azhar University.
