Amber Nobel has a diverse work experience, spanning from 2017 to 2023. Amber began their career as an Elderly Care Assistant at Aethon from June 2017 to January 2019. From February 2019 to July 2019, they worked as a Research Intern in infection prevention and control at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Hanoi, Vietnam. In this role, they analyzed the infection prevention and control measures in the intensive care unit and studied the practices and attitudes of healthcare workers.
Amber then transitioned into the field of healthcare IT, starting as a Functional Application Manager for HiX Authorizations at Deventer Hospital from March 2020 to June 2020. Amber went on to work as a Functional Application Manager for Medication/Pharmacy at Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep from August 2020 to November 2020, and as a Project Assistant improving xCare Authorizations at Bernhoven Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021.
From February 2021 to January 2023, Amber served as a Functional Application Manager for xCare at Anna Zorggroep. Amber then joined Medisch Spectrum Twente as a Functional Application Manager for HiX clinical and policlinical processes from May 2022 to September 2022. Amber also had a role as an Implementation Consultant for HiX internal medicine at Haaglanden Medical Centre from September 2022 to January 2023.
Most recently, starting in June 2023, Amber will be working as an Impact Specialist in Digital Health at Luscii. Amber'sextensive experience in healthcare IT and their previous roles in implementation consulting, application management, and research demonstrate their versatile skills and knowledge in the field.
Amber Nobel received their Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2016. Amber then pursued their Master's degree in Management, Policy Analysis and Entrepreneurship in the Health and Life Sciences at the same university, completing it in 2019. Additionally, in 2018 and 2019, they undertook a minor in Computer Programming at the University of Amsterdam. In 2015, they also completed a minor program titled "Five Big Issues in Health" at VU Amsterdam.
Amber Nobel also holds several certifications in various areas. In 2017, they received basic training in "caring skills" and nursing technical skills from Albeda College in the Netherlands. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from Rode Kruis Nederland. Furthermore, in 2018, they completed an online course called CS50x: Introduction to the intellectual enterprises of computer science and the art of programming from EdX. To assess their English language proficiency, they took the TOEFL test in 2016.
