Connor Spurr

Connor Spurr is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in consulting, coaching, law enforcement, and customer service. Currently serving as a GTM Consultant at Lusha and as the Head Coach for the U9 Elite South Shore Boys with FC Greater Boston Bolts, Connor also brings extensive experience from Bigtincan, where roles included Team Lead for Sales Development and Senior Sales Development Representative. Prior experience includes serving as a Trooper with the Vermont State Police, where over 130 criminal and civil cases were assessed, and as part of Fidelity's Global Operations and Investigations team, focusing on background checks and emergency response. In the early career, roles included bartending and event serving, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and team training. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Roger Williams University.
