Max Benezra

Max Benezra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success. Currently serving as a Product Manager and Customer Success Lead at Lusha, Max established a Feedback Loop that significantly increased volume and quality of VOC feedback and led cross-company risk mitigation processes, preserving multiple accounts and $1M ARR. Prior roles include Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where Max managed a portfolio of 150 Enterprise customers, and Strategy Team Lead at BDO Israel, driving business growth for top companies through data-driven strategies. As Co-Founder and CEO of the NGO "Get-Involved," Max raised substantial funding and engaged a large community to influence Israeli democracy. Max holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Psychology from Ben-Gurion University and completed a PM101 course in Product Management in 2024.
