Shay Cohen

Shay Cohen is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in data engineering and analytics. Currently serving as Tech Lead and Data Engineer at Lusha since November 2021, Shay has enhanced infrastructure through the implementation of Spark, Airflow, K8s, Kafka, Snowflake, and Databricks, and designed optimized ETL pipelines. Prior experience includes roles as Data Engineer and Business Intelligence Developer at Maccabi Health Care Services, where Shay contributed to the AI & Big Data team and the Data Warehouse team, respectively, focusing on building and maintaining data systems. Shay's career began in the Israeli Air Force, where responsibilities included leading and managing air weapons systems. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ariel University, supplemented by studies at Perm State University.
