Michael Riveline

Research Development Process Engineer at LUSIX

Michael Riveline has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and research. Michael began their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Toronto in 1999, where they worked until 2002. Michael then joined the Weizmann Institute of Science as a Post Doctoral Fellow from 2002 to 2004.

In 2004, Michael joined Intel Corporation as a Process Engineer, a role they held until 2019. During their time at Intel, they also worked as a Device Engineer from 2019 to 2021.

From 2021 to 2022, Michael worked as a Device Engineer at Gal-El, specializing in III-V semiconductor devices GaAs and GaN, and RF characterization.

Currently, Michael is employed at LUSIX as a Research Development Process Engineer, starting in January 2023.

Michael Riveline earned their PhD in Elementary Particle Physics from McGill University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Michael also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physics during the same period at McGill University.
