Michelle Parfitt

Michelle Parfitt is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in human resources and project administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at LutechResources since April 2022, Michelle's previous roles include Project Administrator at EJR-Quartz, various positions at the European Space Agency (ESA) such as Documentation Management & Configuration Control Assistant, Contracts Assistant, and Department Secretary, and Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team at the Council of International Schools. Past experience also includes work as a Case Manager at the Permanent Court of Arbitration and office management roles at ESA/ESTEC and Onstream Group. Michelle holds degrees in Automotive Engineering and Information Technology from Southern Institute of Technology and Eastern Institute of Technology, respectively.
