Alex Stefani

Mr. Stefani serves the Company as Chief Credit Officer. In this role, he oversees the Company’s credit administration program, including loan underwriting, portfolio monitoring and special assets, as well as the appraisal and loan operations departments; he is also a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. Mr. Stefani joined in 2004 and has held several positions within the bank including teller, loan underwriter, loan officer, and underwriting manager before being promoted to Director of Income Property Lending in 2017, a position he held until accepting his current role in 2021.

Mr. Stefani holds an M.A. in Political Science from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in Political Science from Sonoma State University. In the summer of 2019, Mr. Stefani began his studies at Pacific Coast Banking School and is scheduled to graduate in the summer of 2022.
