John Rieke

John Rieke has extensive work experience in executive and leadership roles within the healthcare industry. John is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Luther Park Community since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Director at Volunteers of America from July 2018 to June 2020. John also served as the Chief Operating Officer (Interim) at Regional West Health Services from August 2017 to July 2018. Before that, they held various positions at Sanford Health, including Chief Operating Officer-Bismarck Medical from September 2011 to August 2017 and CEO-Hillsboro Medical from October 2010 to September 2011. John was the Vice President of Operations at Essentia Health from January 2009 to September 2010. John also worked as the Vice President Operations at Providence Health & Services from 2005 to 2009, and as the Administrative Director at Altru Health System from 1993 to 2005.

John Rieke has a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration and Accounting from Concordia College. John also holds a Master's in Hospital & Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
