Andreas Kloyer

Andreas Kloyer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law. Currently serving as a Partner at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since January 2012, Kloyer previously held the same title at SIBETH Partnership from January 2005 to December 2011 and at Graf von Westphalen Bapert & Modest from January 2002 to December 2004. Kloyer began the legal career as an Articled Clerk with the State of North Rhine-Westphalia between April 1989 and September 1992. Educationally, Kloyer earned a Doctor of Law degree from Kiel University and completed the First State Exam in Law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, having previously attended Universität Passau.
