Jörg Alshut

Dr. Alshut advises clients on all questions of copyright, trademark and competition law as well as IT law. The focus of his work is on commercial legal protection, outsourcing, ERP and IT projects, the development and implementation of property rights strategies and advice in connection with license, (online) sales and XaaS models. He is also a proven expert in the areas of data protection, IT compliance and gaming law.

Dr. Alshut has a long and successful court practice, especially in interim legal protection.

He regularly gives lectures on IP and IT law and organizes workshops and (practitioner) seminars, especially for clients and at the Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg.
