Dan Johnston

Dan Johnston has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Dan began their career as a Staff Attorney at the Legal Action Center from 2001 to 2005. After that, they worked as a Corporate Counsel and Investigator at ABC Legal Services from 2006 to 2007. Dan then moved on to Special Counsel, where they served as a Document Review Attorney for a brief period in 2007. Following this, they joined Kelly Law Registry as a Contract Attorney and was later promoted to a permanent position with U.S. Bank in 2008. At U.S. Bank, Dan worked as a Contract Services Attorney, responsible for negotiating contract terms. In 2010, they established their own law firm, Daniel K. Johnston, Attorney at Law, where they practiced until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Temporary Contract Attorney at Law Dawgs, Inc. Dan then joined Garden City Group as a Contract Attorney from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, Dan had their own law practice again, Daniel K Johnston, Attorney-at-Law, until 2017.
