Gearl Seal serves as the Program Director for the Alcohol & Drug and Domestic Violence Program at Lutheran Community Services Northwest since December 2011, having also held the position of Program Manager for Alcohol & Drug and Batterers Intervention Programs since April 2001. With a total of 16 years of experience in substance abuse and batterers intervention counseling, Gearl Seal has dedicated over 12 years to the role at LCSNW, demonstrating extensive expertise in these critical areas of support.
