Hannah Hand has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hannah started their career in 2001 as a Client Services Assistant at Citizen Care Inc, where they supported individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. Hannah then joined The Exchange as a Retail and Training Manager, contributing to the operational management of a record store and implementing a management training program. In 2008, they became the Recruitment Coordinator for the Intermountain AmeriCorps program at Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council, actively recruiting and interviewing candidates. From 2013 onwards, Hannah has been involved with Lutheran Community Services Northwest, starting as an HR Business Partner and eventually becoming the Director of Human Resources and later the Director of Human Resources Operations. In these roles, they provided high-level HR support, developed HR processes and policies, oversaw HR systems, and served as an advisor for employee and management-related matters.
Hannah Hand has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Penn State University. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in the Psychology of Leadership from the same university. Hannah also has a certification as a Certified Fierce Facilitator from Fierce, Inc.
