Scott Willard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Starting in 2002, they worked as the Mental Health Director at Lincoln County Health and Human Services until 2008. From 2008 to 2016, they held multiple roles at Lutheran Community Services Northwest, including Area Director and Director of Healthcare Innovation. During this time, they also managed a team of Life Coaches. In 2011, they became a member of the Formative Operations Committee at the Central Oregon Health Board. In 2015, they served as the Chair of the Administrative Council at the Wellness & Education Board of Central Oregon and as the President Elect of the Crook County Rotary Club. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as an Executive Coach at Leadwell Pacific, LLC. In 2017, they resumed their coaching role as a Lead Executive Coach at Leadwell Pacific. Additionally, they served as the Director of Clinical Operations at Inside Passages Pierce County from 2019 to 2020. Currently, since 2020, Scott is the Executive Director of Kitsap Homes of Compassion, a non-profit organization that provides housing opportunities for homeless adults.
Scott Willard has a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Willamette University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1989. Scott later pursued further education at Seattle University, where they earned a Master's Degree in Organizational System Renewal from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they completed a certification program in Whole Person Design Life Coaching at the Baraka Institute from 2009 to 2010. Furthermore, Scott Willard also obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Design and System Renewal from Seattle University, which they attained from 2005 to 2007.
