Ralph Kellogg is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles in the fields of human resources, training, and public speaking. Currently, they are the Vice President People and Training at Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, Inc. Prior to this, Ralph held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. Additionally, they served as a Course Facilitator for DiSC & Team Management at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and as an Adjunct Professor at Bellevue University. Ralph has also been actively involved in the community, having worked as a Public Speaker for TEDxOmaha, a Keynote Speaker for McLean & Company, and an Instructor for the Human Resources Association of the Midlands. Ralph 🏳️‍🌈TEDx Presenter holds a BSBA in Human Resources from Bellevue University (2011-2012), an MS in Negotiation & Dispute Resolution from Creighton University (2007-2009), an MBA in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University (1998-2002), and a BSBA in Marketing/Finance from Creighton University (1988-1992). Ralph has also obtained numerous certifications, including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and various certificates in diversity and inclusion, ethics, leadership, and more.
