David Ness

Principal at Lutheran High School

David Ness grew up on a farm in Minnesota where he learned the importance of family, heritage, faith, and Christian education. He graduated from the University of Minnesota – Morris with degrees in History and Social Science Education. As a history teacher, he taught in both Minnesota and North Dakota, serving his previous ten years at Oak Grove Lutheran School in Fargo. While at Oak Grove, he completed his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at Minnesota State University – Moorhead. In addition to teaching and coaching, he served in various administrative roles including Assistant Principal, Academic Dean, Middle School Principal, and Director of Campus Ministries. David began serving as Principal at Lutheran High School in 2010.
