Heidi Bedier

Heidi Bedier has spent their career in organizational development and culture, most recently serving as the corporate director at The Lutheran Home. Prior to that, they were with Lifespace Communities, Inc. for four years, where they were responsible for developing and executing the company's culture strategy. Bedier has also worked as a health management consultant and instructional design consultant.

Heidi Bedier is currently a PhD student at Drake University in Educational Leadership. Heidi also has a MS from Drake University in Adult Learning, Performance, and Development. Her BS is from Iowa State University in Exercise and Sport Science.

Heidi Bedier reports to Sloan Bentley, President & CEO. They work with John Couture - Interim COO, SVP, CAO, Maia Bonner - SVP of Sales & Marketing, and Jim Buckman - Interim CFO & VP of Analytics.
