Sloan Bentley

President & CEO at The Lutheran Home

Sloan Bentley is the current President & CEO at The Lutheran Home. Prior to this, they were the Founder and CEO of their own company, Bentley and Associates, a turnaround operations specialist that provides sales and marketing consulting and coaching, as well as strategic consulting services for healthcare and senior services.

Before Bentley and Associates, Sloan was with Lifespace Communities, Inc. from March 2014 to February 2019 where they served as President and CEO. During their time there, they successfully conducted due diligence for a six community merger that expanded the organization into additional territories. This merger added assets of $290 million. Additionally, they recruited and managed a geographically diverse leadership team, determined an optimal organizational structure, and created focus on fundraising for benevolence care with the establishment of an enterprise fundraising event.

Sloan Bentley attended the University of North Texas, where they received their MS in Long Term Care Administration. Sloan also holds a Minor in Business Admin and a Specialist Certificate in Gerontology from UNT. Sloan Bentley received their BS of Gerontology from Bowling Green State University, where they studied the aging process.
