Kathryn Cavers currently serves as President and CEO of Lutheran Home & Harwood Place, overseeing a comprehensive range of services within a senior living community that includes independent living apartments, skilled nursing, and memory care, with an annual revenue of $35 million. Previously, Kathryn held roles as Administrator/COO at Lutheran Home & Harwood Place, managing a skilled nursing facility and adult day service program with a revenue of $22 million, and as Administrator/Regional Director of Operations at Health Dimensions Group, focusing on skilled nursing, subacute rehabilitation, and hospice care. Additional experience includes Assistant Administrator at Woodland Healthcare Center and Director of Operations at Providence Mount St., where responsibilities encompassed operations management for extensive healthcare facilities. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
