Bill Behr, SPHR, has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Bill has served as Director of Human Resources at Lutheran Senior Services, where they developed and implemented strategic HR plans for a community of 500 employees. Bill also worked as an Independent Human Resources Consultant, providing HR expertise to various clients. Additionally, Bill has held HR leadership positions at Mom365, where they were responsible for employee relations, recruiting, and vendor relations, and at Washington University in St. Louis, where they led a team focused on employer relations and business development. Prior to these roles, Bill spent several years at IBM Global Business Services, where they held various positions in recruitment, HR business partnering, and employee programs management.
Bill Behr, SPHR holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Lindenwood University. Bill also possesses a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. In addition to their academic qualifications, Behr has obtained the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
