Herman Koester is a retired professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including technology and volunteerism. Since October 2013, Herman has been retired, although actively engaged in volunteer work, notably as a Money Management Volunteer with Lutheran Senior Services. Previous volunteer roles include financial advising for BEACON of Belleville, IL, and LINC Inc. Herman's involvement in Toastmasters spans over three decades, during which numerous leadership roles have been held, including Club President and various vice-presidential positions. In addition, Herman has contributed to the AITP St. Louis Chapter and has held significant roles in the database engineering field, including serving as Principal Database Engineer at TRI-COR Industries and Senior Data Architect at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Herman Koester holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Webster University.
