Amelia Fox

Amelia Fox is the current Chief Strategy Officer at Lutheran Services Florida INC. Amelia has also previously worked as the Principal and Co-Founder at Spotlight Performance and as the Chief Operating Officer at inBloom, Inc.

Fox has always been driven by a desire to help others and make a difference. After graduating from college, they started their career in the nonprofit sector. Amelia worked for several years at an organization that helped to develop and drive the strategic plan for inBloom, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to making personalized learning a reality for every U.S. student. In their role as COO, Amelia helped to integrate student data and learning applications to support sustainable, cost-effective personalized learning.

After several years working in the nonprofit sector, Amelia decided to switch gears and co-founded Spotlight Performance, an Atlanta based technology and performance improvement firm. The centerpiece product of the company is a web-application—a robust coaching tool that lets teams use video to train, practice, and prepare for professional interactions.

Amelia is currently working as the Chief Strategy Officer at Lutheran Services Florida INC. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing the organization's strategy. Amelia is passionate about their work and is committed to helping Lutheran Services Florida INC achieve its mission of providing quality services to those in need.

They work with Christine Cauffield - EVP & CEO of LSF Health Systems, Jim Clark - EVP of Agency Advocacy, and Bob Wydra - CFO. Amelia Fox reports to Samuel M. Sipes, President & CEO.
