Phil Hubbell

Phil Hubbell is the current Executive of Human Resources at LUTHERAN SERVICES FLORIDA INC. Phil has over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, including previous positions as Sr. Leader - Connected Home, Business Development at Jabil Circuit and Sales Engineer at Moog Inc. Phil has a proven track record in driving strategy and growth within some of the world's most dominant technology companies, including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Facebook. Phil is responsible for the full P&Ls of these companies and organic growth within them.

Phil Hubbell has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Duke University and an MBA in Marketing and Management from Babson College.

Phil Hubbell reports to Samuel M. Sipes, President & CEO. They work with Bob Wydra - CFO, Amelia Fox - Chief Strategy Officer, and Bob Bialas - EVP of Children & Head Start Services.
