Heidi Leach

Heidi Leach has extensive experience in information technology and project management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of IT Enterprise Applications, Data, and Projects at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota since 2018. Previously, Heidi held various roles at the same organization, including Director of IT for the Project Management Office and Manager of IT Business Analysis and Project Management. Prior experience includes managing construction project management at Felicity Homes LLC, and positions at ProPartners Financial as IT Project Manager and Applications Support and Business Systems Analyst, as well as serving as a Business Analyst and Marketing Assistant at Travel Tags. Heidi holds a Master of Science in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies: Professional & Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
