Sarah Bluhm

Sarah Bluhm has extensive experience in refugee resettlement services, currently serving as a Program Manager and Refugee Resettlement Supervisor at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota since July 2018. Prior roles include Program Manager for New American Services at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis and Supervisor of Refugee Resettlement Services at Heartland Alliance, where Sarah managed programs supporting over 400 refugees annually. With a background including positions as Lead Case Manager and Case Manager, Sarah has demonstrated skills in task management, trauma-informed approaches, and collaboration with various organizations to facilitate essential services for newly arrived refugees. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Puget Sound and training at the Qasid Arabic Institute.
