Tika Khachatryan

Tika Khachatryan currently serves as the Design and Innovation Manager at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota since October 2023. Prior to this role, Tika was the Head of Data and Analytics at Yorth Group from November 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing Yorth Circular Insights and designing Integrated Utility Hubs to support circular economies. Tika also held various roles at World Without Genocide, including Research Data Analyst and Communications and Outreach Director, contributing to efforts in genocide prevention and advocacy. Additional experience includes positions at Rolvaag Memorial Library, St. Olaf College, and Bon Appetit, along with an educational background that includes a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from St. Olaf College and an International Baccalaureate in History from UWC Dilijan.
