Andre Pai

Andre Pai serves as the Lead Therapist and Supervisor at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois since August 2022, having previously worked as a Bilingual Mental Health Counselor and Mental Health Professional at the Midwest Asian Health Association. Andre provided individual mental health counseling for marginalized populations and assessed care needs in accordance with Medicaid standards. Prior experience includes a role as a Social Work Intern at Ci3, helping queer youth with career counseling, and as a Program Assistant at the Great Books Summer Program, where mentorship and teaching were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago Crown Family School and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Chicago.
