Greg Groves has a diverse work experience in facility management and operations. Greg worked as the Director of Facilities at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois from July 2016 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the Maintenance Manager at Crystal Lake Elementary School District 47 from June 2012 till June 2016. Greg started their career in 2007 as an Operations Manager at School District 47, where they worked till June 2012.

Greg Groves has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University. Greg also holds a certification as a Certified Plant Supervisor from the Illinois Association of School Business Officials, obtained in 2015.
