Terri Wilkerson

Terri Wilkerson serves as the Associate Vice President of Organizational Development and EDI at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois since May 2022 and concurrently holds the position of Executive Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Wilkerson is also a Board Member at the AIDS Foundation of Chicago since January 2022. Previously, Wilkerson directed evaluation and innovation efforts at North Lawndale Employment Network, enhancing program impact from July 2021 to September 2023. Experience includes leadership roles in housing at New Moms, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at UCAN, and various management positions at Legacy Builder Foundation, Christopher House, The Youth Campus, and YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and advanced degrees from DePaul University in Non-Profit Management and Psychology.
