Hrip Carol Sheldon Sphr

Carol Sheldon SPHR, HRIP, serves as the HCM, Benefits and Compliance Manager at Samaritas since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing the UKG Pro and Workforce Management systems, focusing on optimization of system functions, data integrity, and vendor management. Previously, Carol held the position of Sr HR Analytics Analyst at Meijer from January 2013 to July 2019, overseeing HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft 9.1, Riskmaster, and ADP. From August 2010 to January 2013, Carol worked as an HRIS Analyst at Van Andel Institute, where the role involved managing Lawson HRIS to ensure accurate employee information for payroll and benefits. Carol holds a Master of Management degree from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, earned between 1995 and 1998.
