Kaitlyn Roman

Kaitlyn Roman is an experienced Youth Counselor at Lutheran Social Services, where responsibilities include assisting youth from diverse backgrounds with behavioral corrections and life skills education, including finance and job readiness. Previously, Kaitlyn held positions as a Transcriptionist and Editor at Rev.com, a Psychiatric Care Technician at Winnebago Mental Health Institute, a Caregiver at Bella Vista Senior Living, and Editor in Chief at The Advance-Titan, managing a student newspaper. Additional experience includes roles as an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Inc., a Social Media Intern at green 3, and a Communications Intern at the UW Oshkosh Alumni Relations Office. Kaitlyn is currently pursuing a degree in Journalism at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
