Rachel Wever

Rachel Wever is a Housing Liaison Worker at Lutherwood, where Rachel works with the PATHS2Home team to secure housing for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. Rachel previously worked as an Intensive Case Manager at Stonehenge Therapeutic Community and Residential Addictions Treatment Worker at House of Friendship. Rachel has also experience as an Emergency Shelter Support Worker, Peer Tutor, Student Intern, and Food Service Aide. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria and a Social Service Worker degree from Conestoga College.
