Jamie McMahon Bond

Jamie McMahon Bond is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Lutron Electronics since November 2008. Currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partner for the Engineering Team, Jamie focuses on employee development, engagement, and retention, while closely collaborating with leadership to implement organizational changes. Previous roles include HR Business Partner for Engineering and IT, where Jamie developed onboarding programs and managed international mobility processes. Additionally, Jamie has a strong engineering background, starting as a Project Electrical Engineer and advancing to design leadership roles, following a degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
