Kurt Amundson

Kurt Amundson has over 15 years of experience in engineering, beginning with a Graduate Student role at UC Berkeley from 2003 to 2007, where they studied Mechanical Engineering under Professor H. Kazerooni in the Human Engineering Lab. From 2007 to 2017, they held a variety of roles at Ekso Bionics, including Senior Director Ekso Health and Labs, Director of Ekso Labs, and Senior System Architect. Since 2017, they have been Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at LUUM.

Kurt Amundson received their BS in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in 2003. Kurt then went on to pursue a MS and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, which they completed in 2007.
