Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at QuickSpark Financial, where they revamped the company's sales processes, expanded product offerings, and implemented a metrics-based management system. Before that, Matthew served as a Sr. Business Initiatives Consultant at Wells Fargo, where they successfully executed multiple move consolidation projects resulting in significant cost savings. Matthew also has a background in facilities and real estate management, having held executive positions at TeleTech and Revana.
