Annamari Ahlmark

Annamari Ahlmark has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent role being the SVP, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Luvata since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Uponor as a Senior Legal Counsel & Group Compliance Officer from November 2017 to March 2023. Annamari also held positions at Hartwall as a Legal Counsel from April 2011 to November 2017, at Elcoteq as a Legal Counsel from May 2010 to April 2011, and at the European Commission as a Stagiaire, DG Trade from October 2009 to March 2010. Annamari was also an Associate Lawyer at Procopé & Hornborg from May 2008 to March 2010. Furthermore, Annamari gained experience as a Trainee Judge at the Helsinki District Court from October 2006 to September 2007. Prior to this, they worked at Wärtsilä as an Associate Group Legal Counsel from May 2005 to September 2006, and from May 2003 to September 2004. Additionally, they worked at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland as an Admin at the Finnish Embassy in Windhoek, Namibia from September 2002 to December 2002.

Annamari Ahlmark earned a Master's degree in Law from the University of Helsinki from 1995 to 2004. Annamari also obtained a Master's degree in International Business from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu from 1996 to 2008. In addition, they completed a short course in International Business at Stamford College in 2005. Furthermore, they studied Law at Uppsala University for a brief period in 2001. Prior to their university studies, they completed their Matriculation Examination (Ylioppilas) at Perniön Lukio from 1991 to 1994.
