Emily Haight

Emily Haight is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital formation and investor relations. Currently serving as a Partner in Capital Formation at Lux Capital since June 2025, Emily has previously held key roles at Coatue Management overseeing U.S. Sales and Relationship Management, and at Arrowgrass Capital Partners as part of the Investor Relations team. Before that, Emily contributed to the investor relations functions at Och-Ziff Capital Management, and gained early experience in client services and sales at UBS Financial Services, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Bloomberg. Emily's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Washington and Lee University and a seminar in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
