Sean Traynor

Sean Traynor is Lux Capital’s General Counsel, where he oversees deal execution as well as legal and regulatory affairs. Prior to Lux, Sean served as corporate counsel to enterprise data company Dataminr and held associate roles at leading law firms Gunderson Dettmer and Proskauer Rose. He holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, and is based in Lux’s New York City office.
