Sandip Godbole

Sandip Godbole has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the insurance and financial industry. Sandip started their career at Liberty Seguros, where they worked as an Actuarial Specialist, conducting financial and actuarial analysis. Sandip then moved on to Deloitte, where they served as a Business Analyst, working on projects related to reserves review, company valuation, and portfolio analysis.

Sandip then joined Signal Iduna, initially as an Actuarial Specialist and later as the Acting Pricing Office Manager. Sandip was responsible for creating tariffs, implementing products, and managing the pricing office. Sandip also served as the Deputy Director of the Health line of business, overseeing the entire process from tariff creation to after-sales processes.

Sandip continued their career at Signal Iduna Polska, where they held various director-level positions. Sandip led the Health Insurance Office and later the Pricing and Product Development Office in the Health Insurance Department.

Sandip then joined LUX MED as the Risk and Compliance Director, where they supervised the implementation of ISO standards, risk management, and compliance management systems. Sandip also conducted independent internal control over the company. Additionally, they served as the Actuarial Manager, responsible for technical provisions calculations and Solvency II reporting.

Throughout their career, Sandip has demonstrated their expertise in risk management, compliance, actuarial calculations, and product pricing and development. Sandip holds a PhD in a related field from the University of Wrocław.

Sandip Godbole earned a Phd. in Mathematics from the University of Wroclaw from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Actuarial Mathematics from the same university, graduating in 2003. Sandip completed their secondary education at Liceum Ekonomiczne from 1997 to 2003.
