Luxaviation is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of Business Development Executive, based in Berlin, Germany (hybrid).

The scope of the position is to grow the Luxaviation Aviation Services division customer base and revenues (aircraft management and charter) within Germany.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and anticipate bizjet and charter market trends on the designated territory

  • Support the identification of the addressable market and define a "go-to market" action plan for each relevant segments and products

  • Reach out and qualify agreed targeted lead listed

  • Converts qualified leads into Prospects/Customers

  • Respond to client enquiries in an internally coordinated, timely and professional manner

  • Produce and deliver approved proposals in coordination with the appropriate AOC holders

  • Coordinate the setup of new aircraft jointly with AOC stakeholders until aircraft entry into service and beyond if necessary.

  • Raise the Company profile by networking, attending approved events and seminars with the aim of promoting the company and its products, as well as attracting new clients

  • Identify aircraft transaction deals opportunities

  • Update and maintain the Decision Support System (DSS) as a central management tool

  • Any ad hoc projects and tasks as requested by Management

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • German and English are mandatory; any other languages are considered a serious advantage

  • Business development and commercial experience in a high-end product environment
  • Ability to network and establish connection with all type of contact profile all the way to C-suite level and HNWI
  • Analytical and (business) economical skills
  • Teamwork and coordination
